Last weekend, the Logunlogun Community Outreach brought together 35 incredible single mothers for a day filled with love, encouragement, celebration, and practical support.
The gathering was especially memorable as we celebrated Mrs. Lola Owolabi’s 60th birthday, surrounded by heartfelt prayers, inspiring words, laughter, and a shared commitment to making a difference in the lives of women and families within our community.
As part of the outreach, each of the 35 beneficiaries received ₦50,000 in financial support, an opportunity to take a step towards greater financial stability and a brighter future.
But the story did not end there.
Turning Financial Support into Business Opportunities
For some of our beneficiaries, the support became an opportunity to invest in their businesses.
Rather than simply receiving the funds, these determined women made practical decisions about how to use the money to support their livelihoods, strengthen their businesses, and create opportunities for growth.
Now, they are coming forward to share their stories and show us what they have invested in.
