When a task seems too big or complicated, our brains prefer easier, more instantly gratifying activities.

Why does this task matter? Connecting your work to a bigger goal—career growth, financial stability, or personal development—helps you push through when motivation is low.

5. Reward Yourself

Set up small rewards for completing tasks. This could be a short break, a favorite snack, or treating yourself after finishing a big project. Small incentives keep you motivated.

6. Surround Yourself with Motivated People
